Project Description

Cleaning and repair works to the main building were completed by PCS prior to this complementary extension.

At Hanstead house PCS took down, scheduled, palletised and rebuilt the natural bath stone entrance to allow for our client’s extension to this impressive, historical mansion. PCS completed a full restoration to existing remaining natural stone works to the main house which consisted of natural Limestone, Bath Stone and Travertine. In order to keep as much of the original features as possible PCS also cleaned and repaired all existing aged large-feature flowerpots.

For the extension, working with Griggs Homes, PCS designed, supplied and installed Large 8 Column Portico including Block and Beam Floor internally for Balcony access, designed to meet building regulations for balconies. PCS also supplied and installed Travertine, new String course, Cornice and Pediment to match the existing main house.
